Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Sports CV is currently free to use during our growth phase. We may introduce paid features in future and will give notice before any charge applies to you. We may change, suspend or withdraw features to improve or protect the service.

You keep ownership of everything you post. By posting, you grant Sports CV a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including footage and photographs featuring other people.

You must not:

• impersonate another person, club, agency or organisation;
• post unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, harassing or sexually explicit content;
• upload content you do not have the rights to, including copyrighted footage;
• scrape, bulk-download or resell member data, or send unsolicited marketing;
• attempt to bypass security controls, rate limits or access other members' data;
• use the platform to defraud or exploit players, particularly minors.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, at our discretion and without notice where the breach is serious.

Verification badges indicate that we have reviewed evidence supplied by a club or agent. They are not a guarantee of conduct, solvency or suitability. Sports CV is not a party to any trial, contract, transfer or representation agreement arranged between members, and we are not an employment agency. Carry out your own checks before acting on any opportunity, and take independent advice where a contract is involved.

We aim to keep Sports CV available and reliable, but we provide it "as is" and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

To the extent permitted by law, Sports CV is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunities, lost contracts or loss of data arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

You can delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or where required by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: support@sportscv.co.uk.
